Fees and Payment

• Service Fees: Fees for our services are displayed before you complete your purchase and are due at the time of order.
• State Filing Fees: State and government filing fees are set by the applicable agency, are separate from our service fees, and may change without notice.
• Recurring Services: Certain services, such as registered agent and compliance services, renew automatically at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Authorization: By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Government filing fees are generally non-refundable once submitted to a state agency.

Consultations and Appointments

Consultations are offered for general informational purposes and carry no obligation to purchase. Appointment times are scheduled subject to availability and may be rescheduled. Information shared during a consultation does not constitute legal or tax advice, and no attorney-client relationship is formed.

Communications and Text Messages

By providing your phone number and checking the applicable consent box, you agree to receive calls and text messages from us regarding your consultation, order, and services. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.

• Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out of future text messages
• Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the information below
• We may still send you transactional messages required to deliver a service you purchased

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How we handle your contact information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Third Parties and Government Agencies

We submit filings to state and federal agencies on your behalf, but we do not control their processing times, requirements, fees, or decisions. We also use third-party providers, such as payment processors, for certain functions. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or policies of these agencies or providers.
